Just started using fandango over the thanksgiving holiday...had a little issues but tech support was friendly and quick to solve my issue...So easy to buy tickets on line...thanks fandango

Anyone else have the app crash on them? Its been two months now i keep updating and updating to the latest version but the app still wont letme purchase tickets. I go to checkout and the sessions keeps timing out. The message that comes up reads. “”Xhr.status.:0 error:TimeoutError (DOMException23): the operation timed out””

I am so happy Fandango gives the option for a refund/credit for after you purchase tickets. I found out my niece and nephew had basketball games, and was able to exchange my ticket for a later showing. PERFECT!

Fandango is quick and easy to use! Shows theatres near you or you can enter a different zip code if you need to!

Can select seats but frequently locks the screen and takes very long to load. Need one click access to tickets to avoid fumbling with phone going through menus and clicks to get tickets at theater. Otherwise, pretty good app.
