I typically love this app and push it to my friends and family for them to use it. But I just purchased tickets and the widget isn't working. Keeps blinking and then saying unable to load. I have an iPhone 7 plus as well and it's working fine on that unit. Is this an isolated problem? Any help?

If you have to navigate multiple screen times (for popular movies), it’s a terrible process.
Problem With Refunds on AMC Tickets

After years of using this app, I just encountered a HUGE weakness in the way Fandango handles refunds of tickets purchased through AMC. If you used earned credits from AMC’s rewards program to pay for the tickets, then you can get a refund through Fandango. You have to speak directly to someone at the box office at the theater where you purchased the tickets. That is a huge inconvenience. Based on this, I switched back to the AMC app since I rarely go to a non-AMC theater.

Honest to GOD!!!! Technology at its finest!!! I accidentally clicked on the wrong date..... and then went to exchange tickets and clicked on Refund vs exchange and had to pay the $6! I then tried to call as i was going to repurchase and asked for my $6 service fee and was out on hold for over an hour and a half! Terrible customer service!!!!!!!

Somehow bought the wrong movie - twice!

I scrolled down to the movie I wanted, picked the time, bought the ticket. Only minutes from the movie start time did I realize that I had purchased for the wrong movie. This happened twice. I’m not a designer but maybe there should be a bar that stays at the top of the screen. This bar would be a great place to put the movie title for tickets being purchased.
