Love it!!!' Simply the best!!!! So easy and convenient!!!but I don’t care for the seating chart screen letters too small I picked the wrong seats cause back seats used to be on top of page and now is at bottom. Total screw up!!

I could not get a free poster because I had to to reset my vip password but it never arrived in my email. I tried to create a new user but again it told me to enter my password bcus I was already an existing VIP... #noposter

Reasons NOT to buy Fandango gift cards. EVER. #1. They won’t let you use multiple gift cards for a purchase. One per transaction. #2. They give you a 19 digit number to type in on the number row if your keyboard. On the app. Why doesn’t it default to the phone keypad? I know, because they want to make it as hard as possible to redeem the gift. #3. They charge more than if you buy the tickets directly from the theater. #4. A $1.50 connivence fee(misspelling intentional) PER TICKET. No wonder theaters are struggling to stay a float. The movies are already expensive plus the convenience fee which actually makes them hire fewer people. I don’t know why people buy Fandango gift cards. The only reason I ever use them is because it was a gift. Kind of makes me wonder if the person who gave it to me even likes me...

Please allow more than one gift card payment for a total purchase. I had a low balance gift card and wanted to use it but my total purchase was greater than. So, when I pull out another gift card. It took the full balance off my second gift card instead of using my lower balance card first. I want to use the low balance card first so I don’t have to carry around two low balance cards. Please make this change to allow more than one gift card payment. Thank you for listening!
App double booked tickets for reserved seating

Purchased tickets for Star Wars Episode VIII months in advance for premier night on December 15th for 6 people at an AMC that has reserved seating using this app. Upon arriving at our seats, we discovered that they were double booked by three other couples. Unfortunately, the AMC manager was not very sympathetic about it either and simply blamed Fandango for the double booking issue. With it being premier night, there were no other seats available for any other showing the rest of the night anywhere. To avoid this issue in the future, we won't be using this app or Fandango ticket service EVER again!
You pay extra for the convenience
Stern but fair
Very nice app, but you’re paying extra for the convenience, and don’t get to take advantage of discounts the theaters might offer.
