I like their meals, the only reason why I took off a star is because I specifically chose them for Keto / low carb meals but I never have enough of these options to vary my meals more. The meals I do get are tasty though.

Why are the first two pages of content stuff I had delivered in the past vs the order I want to customize? Why can I not go over the plan limit of orders like I used to be able to and square up at the end? Why do you never remember which items I don’t like and keep defaulting to them?
Factor food is delicious but need two meals to get full.

I just signed up with Factor and I was pretty surprised on how delicious the meals are. Last night I had the chicken Marsala dish and it tasted so good. I actually thought it was going to taste like frozen food from the supermarket but it was the complete opposite! I loved the taste and especially the convenience of not having to cook! That’s a plus for this girl how comes home late every night from work. I would definitely recommend Factor for individuals who are super busy but still want to eat healthy!

The food is good, the customer service is excellent, but this app is complete garbage. I am thinking about discontinuing the service because it is such a hassle every week to try to edit orders or skip weeks. You have to log in twice every time. The app is hard to maneuver through and is frustrating every time I finally get logged in. I somehow got logged out of the app, I can’t get back in, I spoke to excellent customer service they sent me the link to reset my password I can log in on the website but not the app. The website is not user friendly either. The food is good even if a little pricey but the app is ridiculous.

Absolutely delicious! Would prefer a little bit lighter on carb count for a keto meal. But loved every bit of it!

I’ve tried many other meal prep/plan services and these guys are FAAAAAR above any of those other companies. These meals are good portions, flavored beautifully and the meat is always cooked to perfection. I have skipped eating out THREE times this week because I knew I had these at home waiting for me. Worth EVERY single penny!
