While this service is great and the food is AMAZING, the cost just doesn’t justify it. Until they reduce their pricing, I’ll have to wait to come back ?

I wanted to try Factor_ because of the weekly meal options; they have a few options to choose from and I like the number of meals you can select each week. You can change your plan if you need it or cancel at any time. The customer service representatives are very friendly and helpful if something goes wrong with an order you can contact them right away and they’ll be happy to get on it and offer you a credit to use towards your next order.
This is a must!

I love factor their meals are the best tasting meal preps I have ever seen on the market. I'm a very loyal customer but their mobile app is trash its a glorifed mobile web page. They sfill call it a beta and its very that, most times I end up just end up using their website.

My husband broke his leg. As our main family chef life looked grim until I found Factor. The meals are wonderful with large portions. My husband is much better, but we are going to keep using this service. Love how you can change the number of meals per week since we have a college student who visits during the holidays and between semesters. We find Factor to be a cheaper option than eating out or using DoorDash, plus you receive “real” food. The only suggestion I have is to add more meals to choose from or to allow participants to select from all meal choices each week. The meals are heavy on the side of chicken, but even before using this program we ate a great deal of chicken so this isn’t a great concern for us. I highly recommend this food delivery service.
