App is very clunky needs a lot of reworking, issues include not saving user login, redirecting to browser pages and having to re-enter username and passwords among other glitches

What actually is beginning to bother me is that the company might not fixing the App by design/choice. It has been disastrous for a while (see other reviews). Which means either they are incompetent or they don’t want you to easily change/select/skip meals/deliveries from the convenience of your phone/mobile. I have been tempted to cancel the whole service just because of this app. @Factor?
Tasty but expensive

I love the seasoning, recipes are delicious. Only complaint is that the oven cooking times listed on the packaging are inaccurate.
Chicken is a bit chewy

Last 2 weeks quality of chicken has gone down. Prior I could cut with fork. Last 2 weeks it was chewy, had to cut with knife .
Good food but expensive

Food is delicious but kind of expensive compared to hello fresh and other boxed meals. Make sure you check your order when it comes as I have had some meals left out.
