Good food TERRIBLE app – Factor_ Prepared Meal Delivery Review

The food is good, the customer service is excellent, but this app is complete garbage. I am thinking about discontinuing the service because it is such a hassle every week to try to edit orders or skip weeks. You have to log in twice every time. The app is hard to maneuver through and is frustrating every time I finally get logged in. I somehow got logged out of the app, I can’t get back in, I spoke to excellent customer service they sent me the link to reset my password I can log in on the website but not the app. The website is not user friendly either. The food is good even if a little pricey but the app is ridiculous.
