My husband is a working man. The portion sizes too small for him. He has to eat two meals at a time.? Possibly could add extra large or big man size when ordering a meal from your site?
Can't filter can't look up order history

New format is less functional. Fewer meal choices, can't filter the choices, can't look up order history, and when they changed the format they erased all the orders I had in place so I got stuck with preselected orders for my next meal and had to go through and resell them my meals for the other weeks.
Doesn’t open, could not cancel. Charged anyway.

I wasn’t able to open this app or load their webpage. I was traveling and could not cancel my orders, so I sent an email to Factor asking them to cancel my orders. No response. I was charged. I expect food will arrive outside my apartment and rot there until I can return.

I’ve experienced “Hungry Man” microwave dinners. This was my baseline for something I considered equivalent. This is not that. I’m absolutely astonished at the quality and flavor of these pre-made meals. I’ve received two shipments so far and awaiting a third. Everything has been far beyond what I anticipated. I’ve frozen then reheated some meals and they’re still delicious. I’ve been around the block (real eats, hello fresh, every plate, Freshly, etc.) Factor is the best value in my opinion. So far, nothing else compares.

The food is great but I am giving 3 stars due to the new app interface. The update is terrible, you can’t filter meal categories anymore.
