Thank you for FINALLY fixing the bugs ,glitches and errors on the app. I LOVE apps and am so happy i can finally use it to its fullest without having to go one the web browser. So much more convenient and easier now. So happy!!!!

This is a review for the app not the service.The app has always been pretty bad, it is an obvious web view and not a real app. Now it’s even worse because it makes me put my email and every time and just throws me into Safari. Not sure why even have an app at this point.

Ordered food it was supposed to come every Tuesday if I was lucky on my third week they didn’t even send it. Their customer service is horrible but on the plus side at least give me my money back but I’ll never deal with factor again.

I have tried many meal subscriptions in my day and this is by far the best tasting food you can get prepackaged. My fiancé and I are trying to get healthy while working full time and putting ourselves through masters programs so we don’t have time for food prep for every meal and have resorted to takeout. So happy to put that behind us as we try to get healthy again. The Monterrey Chicken on the keto plan is fantastic. Anyone who tries to go healthy knows that if it ain’t tasty, it ain't going to stick. So glad to have a plan to tastes and feels good and has natural ingredients. The app is meh. Nothing awful but nothing to write home about. Worth dealing with it. Since we gave early favorites, we are making sure to keep at least one we know we love in the rotation but I honestly haven’t had a bad keto meal yet!

Factor broke the app a long time ago and hasn’t fixed it. Have to use a web browser on a laptop to manage my orders. App used to work; they keep saying now it’s a “beta” experience and they’ll have a new app “soon”. “Soon” shouldn’t be measured in months, particularly when the app used to work.

Can we have iOS systemwide dark mode added to the app to make it easier on the eyes!? Also on a separate note… more Keto options on the menu! Love it so far!

Food is great, plenty of options to choose from. It’s easy to skip a week and modify as needed. Chief problem is delivery. I’ve had one week where it’s come on the day it’s supposed to. Comes either a day late or 2 days late. Sometimes in the summer, by the second day the food is warm and ice melted. They use FedEx so you’d think they can handle it, but no it’s always late. I call in and get refunds—they are nice about that but—just get it right on the front end!!
