I can not click on “edit profile” on my page without a message popping up saying an error occurred. I really need to change something and can’t get access to do so.

Facebook application suffers from the suddenly death crashing & closing , I have iPhone 7 updated to the latest version of the software, also I later restore it to latest software to repair the problem and remained as it is.
Stop bringing out updates for iPhone. If it’s not broken don’t fix it.
