Not Working

I installed this update three days ago. Ever since, Facebook crashes almost every time I’m using it. I usually can see only one post and then it buffers endlessly. Sometimes, I’m in the middle of writing a comment and Facebook disappears.

I am consistently disappointed in this app. Something is always NOT WORKING PROPERLY, no consistency of service or quality of product. It has limitations as to what can be accessed, it doesn’t allow me to utilize the NOTES feature, I routinely have issues with uploading profile pics and cover images, and their own features for additions to profile pics/cover photos and adjusting them properly, NEVER WORKS. I uninstall this app on a routine basis. It seems like that’s the only way to correct an issue for just a short time frame, then the app will mess up again. The App also does not allow you to access your photos stored on Facebook. It allows limited access to photos for cover and profile pics only. NEEDS MUCH IMPROVEMENT!

The app crashes constantly. When it isn’t crashing, it’s only loading a few posts, followed by a dot at the bottom, and it refuses to scroll or load further. Even when it seems to be working “properly,” it just displays the same “stories” at the top of the newsfeed that have been seen multiple times before. It doesn’t matter if I’ve commented or reacted to it or not, there it is again. And again. And again. Until finally I have to “hide” the post just to get rid of it. The algorithms are garbage. What does seem to load without problems? Ads. Ads everywhere. Ads ads ads ads ads! And lastly, support doesn’t exist. Report a post that contains hate speech? It doesn’t violate their standards. Someone scamming in community posts? That’s fine too. Animal abuse and sales? Perfectly ok. Fake profiles? Peachy. Facebook is garbage and they can’t even protect the data of their users. Avoid.
Exciting New UI Elements

Browsing through my Facebook feed this morning I found myself actually looking and appreciating the updated details done recently on UI elements and the new icons being added. I’m not usually so fascinated by updates to visual elements. But being that this is the application I use frequently and multiple times a day. I have to give you credit for making this version just a step more visually appealing this release. Keep up the good work!

This is a terrible app and Facebook seems to find ways to make it worse with each update. Facebook in its infinite wisdoms seems to think I only want to see four posts in my news feed, three of which are ads. Absolute garbage. I uninstalled which is maybe the first step to leaving Facebook for good.

Fix whatever you did to the app! Can't even look at anything without it crashing ever min or two. Honestly I should be happy but still....

My post no longer automatically include my physical location. My location service is on in my settings. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled FB app and it still doesn’t work. I’ve tried adding a checkin to my post and then deleting the post (bc that usually fixes it) and it still doesn’t work! PLEASE FIX THIS!
Update over WiFi ONLY?

Things would be great, however, my apple keeps telling me I can ONLY update via WiFi! This may not be due to a Facebook issue, but if it is, please fix! Not everyone using an IPhone has WiFi all the time!
