Easy setup, worked flawlessly.

I use this app to mirror my screen to a monitor for a personal computer-like setup I use with my phone. The app works to utilize a dongle I picked up off of Amazon and works like it should.
Not working with Iphone 13

I connected my projector to the iPhone 13 and it’s not working. I saw some users leaving comments having the same experience. I get Trust this devise screen, hit trust and nothing happens after.
Doesn’t work for iPad Air IOS 11.3.1

When I plug it up it will recognize it but nothing comes up on my iPad to select “ trust device”. I have looked at 5 YouTube videos to see how still no luck. It works for my note 8 but the sound doesn’t come out of the t.v. only my phone.

This cord worked great for months. It does seem to be a problem with the upgrade to 11. Now that we have upgraded to 11 how do we make the cord work again? I have an iphone 5s. I have a service provider does that does not allow me to have a hotspot. Please help me or tell me how I can get a refund.
