Not working... yes I have iOS 11. Now what? – EZCast Review

This cord worked great for months. It does seem to be a problem with the upgrade to 11. Now that we have upgraded to 11 how do we make the cord work again? I have an iphone 5s. I have a service provider does that does not allow me to have a hotspot. Please help me or tell me how I can get a refund.
