Doesn’t work for iPad Air IOS 11.3.1 – EZCast Review

When I plug it up it will recognize it but nothing comes up on my iPad to select “ trust device”. I have looked at 5 YouTube videos to see how still no luck. It works for my note 8 but the sound doesn’t come out of the t.v. only my phone.
