App update

shifzbktxschuknvfdxgybcxfhnknc

My app updated and now I cannot get notifications of motion. I have checked all my setttings and it has nothing to do with my end

Notifications are gone

kaeomok

I use this as baby monitor and all the sudden all the notifications are gone and not working. I won’t know the baby cry until way later. Please help to fix this!!

Notifications stopped

Memnautikus

So far this app.has been OK..I would've given it 4 stars but now my notifications aren't working. Only the email notification. Not.cool...please.fix it.

Useless

shelavon

I’m unable to use this if I’m away from home. I can’t just login to the app a view what triggered the motion detection without having to find a hotspot to login. Also, snap a picture and send to provided email once motion is detected.

Doesn’t work with T Mobile

Ogard

I used this app with great success for the past few months. Then I switched from ATT to T Mobile. Apparently, T Mobile did away with IPv4 and now just use IPv6. Can this app be fixed to accept both protocols? Works fine over wireless but not cellular. I have a Ring doorbell that works just fine with T Mobile. I’ve read some other complaints about the same issue. PLEASE FIX!

IOS PROBLEM

Yave507

I have a problem white the app, I can connect so this feature into the app never see.

Disappointing

kenh24

This app could use some serious TLC. Very antiquated for 2018. The only positive was the price of the product. As the saying goes, “you get what you pay for!” Also, appletv access would be wonderful but isn’t offered to date.

Works well and easy to setup

CamFanInCity

Registering was straightforward and the app lets you move the camera using gestures - very cool feature. It’s easy to view SD card recordings for certain dates and overall configuration is clear. Only comment I have is that it has trouble connecting through cellular on an iPhone 6 with T-mobile, hence forcing the need for WiFi. No issues with AT&T and iPhone 8. Wonder why.

Camera is good APP is JUNK

Kgreaney2003

It constantly logs out and you have to log in again which is annoying. The delay waiting for cameras to connect while in the app is just awful. No Axlexa, google home, or ifttt integration. Please developers enable us to either use other apps or start to offer smart home features. This is essential in 2018

Worthless app.. only works when on local WiFi

ShalDilj

Should have read reviews before ordering camera. Hardware itself if ok but it only works when you are connected to local WiFi where camera is install Rest all the time says “connecting” even in LTE network ..
