I’ve done everything to get it to work with my new ORBI Wifi. It says connected to it, but the camera still says offline on my iPhone X

Was unable to even register the app in order to start using my camera. Will be returning the camera. Disappointed


Works perfectly for me

Easy to set up and connect. Very stable and reliable. I watched the hurricane remotely last fall until we lost power but then it popped back on by itself when power was restored. Great snapshot and movie features. Set up a 2nd camera but only wish it allowed you to set up separate password access. Overall I have been very pleased.

What can I say. The app worked fine with my first camera. I then changed my WiFi password and since the camera stopped connecting with my WiFi due to the password change, I decided to try and delete my camera from it so I could start from scratch. The app would not let me delete my camera, so I uninstalled the app completely. When I went back to log in to the app with my account name and password, it just sits there forever spinning and never logs in. Then to add more insult, I tried to register with a new account name and password, and it keeps saying “register failed”. Needless to say, no response to the e-mails I have sent and no response to my forgotten password recovery request. As a result, I will be returning the cameras I purchased, not because of the cameras, they seem to work great, it is the app that doesn’t work at all like it should. Update to my review. After struggling with this app I figured out the issues at hand. Hope this helps: First of all if you are having trouble setting up the camera on the app and you keep getting the message “ setup failed”, this is because your WiFi has special characters on it. I found this out after I tried to configure my camera with another hot spot which had a WiFi password with no special characters. Secondly, if you are having trouble registering or logging in to the app after you have removed it this because your WiFi may be blocking you from doing this. Try getting of your WiFi and logging into it through regular cellular data. This worked for me as well and I was able to get into the app. While there are some security concerns with this method, it seems to be the only way to get around this if you already have cameras in place and happen to change the WiFi password like I did.

Pleeeeease fix crashes

Have not been able to work since last upgrade; camera constantly says “offline” no matter how many times I walk through the connection steps. Worse part is there is no support team! Would not recommend

Can’t watch live feeds from multiple cams

Hugh disappointment in that I can’t watch all my wireless’s live feeds at once; I can only see one live feed at a time — by double tapping into the camera’s view window / square box.


Absolutely awful

This app is useless, believe the rest of the reviews!!! I set up my camera just fine initially, but just recently moved and will not detect my camera for the life of me. I’ve tried OVER 20 different times to hook this thing up.... it is garbage. Also, the English translations are awful. If you’ve bought this camera, RETURN IT


Used to be great

Used to work perfectly. Clear picture. Easy to use. Hard to move from house to house, just a hard reset each time works though. Now it suddenly crashes on me all the time! No idea why. Latest update maybe?
