Connected using LAN. Can’t connect to use with only Wi-Fi. Instructions are written in such little font you can’t read them. Can’t locate a phone number for support .
Worthless, no customer service

The Camera worked well for while , 1 month! After which the pic became cloudy. Tried emailing the customer service contact, no response. There is not even a number to call!! Very frustrating! Someone is ripping people off!
Latest update is horrible, the cameras are inoperable

Like in previous reviews, the cameras were great until the latest update. Now they are worthless pieces of plastic. Please fix the update. They are great cameras when they work. I will have to update my feedback on amazon about this camera if the app is not fixed for iPhone.

I had this app on an android previously and I was able to record footage onto my phone (or where ever, I was just able to rewind and watch what happened through out the day) but I switched to iPhone recently and I can’t seem to find the storage option. Is it not offered on iPhone ?

Lost all connections

After the most recent update all of my connections have been removed, it won’t connect wirelessly or plugged in, I know my passwords it just keeps saying wireless connection is waiting then it says it failed. I’ve had this product for 1.5 years and it worked flawlessly until now.

Cameras are great! ......only when you can log in! The app has locked me out my password will not work and it would not lets me register an email! The app has recently been redone but still has issues! If they could fix these issues these cameras will be great
