SD card issues

This camera shows up great both in day and night. My main complaint is the app is clunky. It will show my recorded video one minute the next it will say no SD card detected. Extremely frustrating.


Always Says Offline

It’s been over a year and no updates, constantly says offline, so I have to delete account and start over again only to do it again a few times a month. It’s crazy that the last review was over a year ago... If this is so easy to plug and play, why am I unplugging and plugging back in monthly to connect.??? But when it does work it’s easy to use, you can hear well and talking is delayed but easy to navigate. The picture depends on your phone, but it’s clear, we use the WiFi vs hard wired and no on the USB card. But if you have a reason to use it. Over all 3 stars, but I’m thinking of going 2 stars as pretty soon, this will be thrown out and replaced with a better camera if nothing is done to improve the connectivity issue!

Why is it missing features.

My android has a newer version available that offers more features. So why is this update not available for my tablet? Also if it’s possible, can the speed at which the camera does its automatic horizontal scanning be slowed down. It scans left and right so fast that you can barely see the images.


App needs work.

So every time I click on saved videos it says cloud storage is not available. What is the point of having a security camera if you cannot open any recordings? I’ll change my review if this issue gets fixed.


I have tried everything

I deleted the camera in the app re-scanned it nothing, entered it in manually nothing, restarted my router nothing, tried wireless nothing, deleted the app nothing I don’t know what else to do I won’t connect when I try to check the camera. This camera and app really went downhill since we bought it. Just don’t buy it don’t waste your time.

Rate change for better

They worked out some of the kinks and now the app and cameras work well together. No issues but giving it a four only because they don't have the ability to snap a pic or video when motion detection goes off. It would be really nice if it could do that. But overall great improvement!


Unable to update

I have been trying for months to update the firmware for this app and am unable to. It hasn’t worked for our family for 4-5 months now. We use as a nanny cam and baby monitor. However when it’s working I love it ??‍♀️
