Sound?

Andee 77

I can’t get the sound to work. Any suggestions?

Does Not Connect

EllieStarr

I’ve seen more of the “connecting” symbol than I’ve actually seen video. Plus I have a WIRED connection and it will still tell me the camera is “offline.” I get so frustrated using this app! Will be looking for another alternative, because it doesn’t work over 50% of the time.

Bad app but there is another one that works for this

joker18723

This app, like all the bad reviews say is terrible... but there is good news! I found an app that does work instead of this one it’s called eye 4 and it’s free! I was so happy I didn’t completely waste my money!

Update 5.0.5 messed things up

Rblcf

Review updated 04/19/18: The App was updated with version 5.0.7 and the SD Card access works great. I am now able to see what the camera recorded. Thank you for fixing it. Review updated 04/17/18: The App version 5.0.6 still crashes when trying to access the SD Card. The App needs to be updated with new code to function with the Sandisk 64gb SD Card. Please fix After the version 5.0.5 update the SD Card playback crashes the app and shuts down. Please fix ASAP!!

Every other week I have to reinstall the app because the camera stops working need a new update to fix the camera with the 5.0.7 update I got a red dot in my message window

Excellent software!!

Don’t know why all the bad reviews. Bought this camera to watch my dog at home while I’m at work. Works like a charm. I have an Apple phone and my husband a droid. No problems logging on or watching the dog. Can even see her breathing while she’s taking her afternoon nap. Night vision and motion sensor alerts work great!!! Using with Apeman 720p WiFi camera.

Love the App but recovery email is not working

Forgot pw cant recover

I have been using this app for couple months now and never had a problem. I recently was logged out from the app and i cannot seem to remember the password. My wife has the app too and she put my email address so we can use the recovery option to reset the password but it says it was validated yet for the love of god whenever i go to forgot pw and put my validated email address and it says it is not a designated valid email address. I have tried it 100 times and it still doesn’t work. This is really pissing me off. You guys need to fix that ASAP. I love the app and would rate 5 stars if this issue was fixed. I need help please

Better Than Before

ProbablyNoah

This app is better than it was a few months ago. It seems to be easier to connect the camera to WiFi now, and there are more features. Overall usage has improved, but it could be much better. A few headaches with this camera? It’s sometimes inconsistent in the way it works, and the English in the app is VERY broken - please, get a fluent English speaker to translate the app! Heck, I’ll do it. There are other things, but perhaps they’ve been fixed since the last time I used the camera; I’ll update soon. Initially, it took me 3 days to successfully set up the camera. Just now, it took me 5 minutes at my new house. Good job! Note to Developer: A really useful feature to add would be for it to record for 5-10 seconds or snap a picture every time it detects motion! Record and save to your phone when the motion detection is triggered. This would ensure that the camera cannot be compromised without catching who did it.

Works great for me!

I received (2) of the Victure IP cameras from Amazon over a week ago. I immediately set them up on my home WiFi system using the EyeCloud iOS app and haven’t had any issues since. I’m not sure what everyone else is having problems with but I followed the directions carefully and I am able to see the live feeds from both cameras perfectly on my phone. (I can also see the camera feeds when I’m away from home.) In addition, I googled and downloaded the desktop EyeCloud program and installed it on my laptop and it works perfectly as well. Overall, the cameras and the EyeCloud app work great so don’t let the bad reviews scare you away.

Works but not impressed

Issues: 1. If you frequently log in from multiple devices, it annoyingly warns you about sign ins every time you switch devices 2. Sometimes screws up ability to use swipe up for home button on iPhone X, mostly when on the screen that shows all cameras 3. Often stops updating video feed when on multi camera view 4. No option for multi camera view to display in portrait instead of landscape 5. Often hard to get multiple camera feeds showing at once in thumbnail view, sometimes works but other times it toggles between one camera and another
