Malfunction

So I downloaded Experian and when my app hit my page I click on it it opens it up and closes it immediately so I deleted it and tried again and the same thing happened. So I waited a couple of days and the same thing. What’s going on with this app? Is this happening to anyone else?

Call and all you get is turned around in circles or they hang up on you. Disgusting service should not be allowed to have an affect on peoples lives or credit for that matter … The app is even worse they’re always having technical difficulties which is crazy … exactly whose running this place …must be a bunch of toddlers … they shouldn’t be allowed to offer services to the public at all … bad business for sure
Free trial forces you to pay or you can’t sign in

I’ve been using Experian for a while now, and signed up for the free trial… I tried logging in as I check daily on my report, and it says I need to update my payment method to continue signing in. I don’t want to pay monthly and don’t like that they’re not trying to force me to pay or I can’t use the app.

I cannot open the app because it says an update is needed but there is no update available to download so the app doesn’t work even if you delete and upload again.
