Boost??? More like bust!!!

So sick of constantly being encouraged to take advantage of the free Experian boost feature!!! I would LOVE to if it still worked!!!!!! I’ve called and emailed the ‘support’ that’s so UNHELPFUL since it’s always automated or never responds, to try explaining my issue for over a year now. Boost worked great until a little over a year ago when my bank updated the software platform used to provide online banking (for a more up-to-date and secure version). My bank is not a small bank and the software issue is not user error on my part. I’ve spent more than 20 years working in the technology industry!!!! Do something about this already!!!!!!

Very up to date and on point

The initial setup is severely flawed

I had to keep retaking my I’d photo even though it was well lit up with a good camera. Finally my I’d went thru then an error popped up, same thing 2-3x. After having all that happen I took the face photo then that didn’t work and it make me start all over. So I’m back to where I initially started trying to get my I’d to go thru. It’s a repeat cycle, although I’ll give it another go I’m sticking with 3 stars atm.

Boost doesn’t work

I got this for the Experian boost to help my credit with utility bills. It never works for weeks. Just loaded the whole time. Uninstalled

Finally an app that’s easy to use! Comprehensive information, good formatting, smooth navigation. Good job. For the love of all that’s holy, don’t make any changes! And don’t force me to update; I will definitely dump the app if it’s forced.

UPDATE: was contacted by support and they are actually interested in fixing the issue. Not working yet so no 5 stars but it definitely is a five star program when it works. And the fact that support actually seems to BE supporting, this warrants bringing the rating up immediately. (Used to love this app. I could keep up with my credit easily. Now all I get is an “error loading data” message on anything having to do with credit. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled but nothing seems to fix the problem and this has been going on now for several weeks. There has been an update to the app that didn’t have any effect. Right now the app is useless to me )
