Why do I have to do this on the mobile app instead of directly doing from the pc webpage? And why the heck is the credit report system always down for my account?! I was never able to get any teports and I was always told that the system is currently unavailable for about 3 months now. I kept this app to see if there would be any improvement one day, and NO. Now you are requiring everyone to update to IOS14 to just do such a small thing?! Disgusting and trash company!

The app won’t open after downloading. I’ve tried it on several downloads just all not open. Not sure what kind of update this app did, sure did not improve any.
App no longer opens

I used the Experian app frequently for over a year to monitor my credit report without issues. However, after the most recent updates the app will no open. The preview screen shows for less than two seconds, then the app crashes. Please fix this bug ASAP!
