What a good feeling to have access to my credit activities and up to the minute status of any potential trouble lurking in the shadowy world of the Dark Web. Hurray to Experian for taking what I consider a paradigm change step in fighting the sick, lame, and lazy thugs whose contribution to our country is robbing the defenseless and elderly.

What a scam this company is, when calling the number I’ve been told it was a 35 minute wait- been on hold for 1:45 minutes (that’s right 1hour 45minutes) Only to be disconnected.... then called back to see what would happen if I selected to enroll in their services ..... the wait time was even longer ..... they want u to just sign up through the links, but don’t even think about getting assistance, it just won’t happen.

Update credit card isn’t working!!!

I love this app but it’s proven nearly impossible to update my payment method. I’ve been trying to add another credit card for the pass 8 hours. It’s very exhausting!!! Too many technical difficulties!!!

Login Graph Animation Annoying

Improvement: Credit Works Premium users get this animation of our score history on a the graph every time we login. This is by far the most annoying thing about the application personally. Please stop this and just load our current score with the ability to see history if we want.

This app is a must have for anyone who closely follows their finances and credit. Super user friendly, clean and modern look and very up to date. I love having the control over locking and unlocking my credit when I want. Wish Transunion and Equifax would do something similar to this.

This app is free to install and will show you your debts but if you want to know the most important thing which is your ACTUAL CREDIT SCORE you have to pay! Booooooooo!! ?
