App not working

#speechless

The app will not open. I go on the app daily and have not been able to open it for about a month now. There are no updates so I’m not sure what is wrong.

Was enjoying until yesterday

dissapointed in fbook

I was enjoying this app for about three months and then yesterday I did an update and now the app doesn’t work anymore. I can’t see anything. I open up the app by clicking on it and it just disappears again like it glitches and goes away. This is unfortunate this is why I never do app updates

Can you fix bug

khsag

App is not loading or updating on my phone. The other issue I am having is that the payment didn’t go through for the rate that I initially signed up for and there was clearly money in my account, when I called to get help with the issue I was told that the $19.99 rate had expired and that I would be charged $25 dollars a month for membership. A month later the app completely stopped working or updating and when I went on the website I was so told them to have pay additional $29.99 to have access to my credit scores. At this point I’m confused at the frequent rate changes for membership so I completely canceled the membership. This money could be spent actually paying off a debt rather than paying for a service that can’t still to a specific rate.
