Google home works better than its own app

The app does not respond at all to any requests. Google home controls the devices better even tho they go offline randomly.

Though once in a way the app gives trouble, it has been great using the app. I was able to connect the son off basic to my bed side lamp. It is the first step towards a smart home. the web thetechpapa.com guides were really supportive.Thank you .

No funciona y aun así quieren obtener toda tu información, como ponen dispositivos vendidos en Amazon para funcionar con esta app, esto es un robo, la app ni el dispositivo funcionan, ni si quiera se puede volver a descargar, te obligan aceptar el uso de tu información de una forma peligrosa y si no aceptas no puedes usar tu equipo. Mala imagen para equipos provenientes de la china. Cuiden la imagen de sus productos!

I was going to use the app for control of a humidifier, but it never would work. Now the email account I used to sign up is getting spam mail. I don’t use that email for anything any more, so it was apparent what caused the spam. This app is not good and not worth the spam.

Can’t log in!

Bought a few smart plugs and then created an account. It won’t let me log in! Useless!

First, it works! Meaning it operates relays fine. Now the laundry list for very poorly designed app: - Multiple devices can not login to same account - Even using single device, single account model, as soon as a shared relay is operated by person it is shared with, you will get logout. - No notifications work. You get no notification when the shared relay is operated from another device.

Not safe app for garage door opener

I had to disconnect the device and toss it when I noticed my garage door opens by itself in the middle night, I figured the Chinese hack to the app and opens it from China

What’s with the interruptions?

Whether used as a temp or humidity control the output turns OFF then back ON 2 seconds later every couple of hours even though the measured variable is well above or below the setpoint. Not so good for some equipment.
