Interface could use some work

This statistic page throws an ugly black bar blocking the data for several seconds every time you access the page. Highly annoying. A nice feature add would be able to add a text field for the appliance being measured.

I got 4 BiCoreTech WiFi plugs/outlets and not a one will contact with the app so I can use them. Did all the trouble shooting still nothing. Spent $50 and just junk now to be tossed out.

App is very flaky. First I had to wait about 20 minutes for verification code, then the verification code was not accepted even though it is recent (less than 1 minute old). So now I have to return the fan control I bought on eBay. :(

The temp sensor and controller work very well together. I put the two in my cottage up north to make sure the furnace was working. I monitor it from my home 100 miles away. If something goes wrong with the furnace I can run up there or call the neighbor. Very pleased with its operation. Installed it today I might hook it up to a lamp since it can also switch things on. With the lamp in the window my next door neighbor can tell at a glance if all is well. Way cheaper than a WiFi stat. Good job guys. Thanks.

Firmware update fail, but still works

I would give 5 star rating if glitch is fixed for updating firmware. I currently have EWeLink firmware version 2.0.2 and the app (for iPhone) says to update to firmware version 2.7.0. However every time I’ve tried to update firmware, it only gets to 90% and then just fails to update.

As stated by a previous reviewer, I am unable to update the firmware to the latest using my iPhone device. The update reaches 90% then fails every time. Please fix this issue

you need to spend a little time to figureout, instructions doesnot really fit, however i love the sonnoff and the app, i use it with google home mini and it works great, i connected the switch on one of my extension cord therefore i can switch anything i have connected which doesnt have not high voltages like heater and ac mostly they require ground and the wires get heated, it says 10amp but i dont think it is a good idea for this non grounding wifi connector. also be sure you ve connected correctly live with L, neutral with N input and output.

It would be much better if we can share on/off switch on the home screen of mobile phone so that we don't need to open app before using. It may open app in background and do as commanded. Even thought, it may take some seconds to operate, but more convenience.

Can’t create an account

The hardware seems great to add to home automation. Couldn’t create an account. No email was ever sent, so couldn’t get past the verification window. Too bad
