App not responding and devices randomly go offline!

I am on v3.3.0. I have 3 wall light switches, 2 gang, they randomly go offline them come back online by themselves. In doing so it leaves on if the two hangs on without my knowledge. Have reported it to support but with no resolution. Now the app won’t respond to any commands. I have to access my devices through google home. When I try switching on via this app. I get a circle of trying to connect and then it says cannot connect to the network try again later. This renders the app useless.
It is missing ONE thing

Why can’t they enable the ability to use fingerprint or facial recognition. It seems I must have to enter the password every week! You can do better.
