Empty scam

E101ish

So not only is it a requirement for you to pay nearly $50 for a notebook, you also have to pay to use the app every month. The app itself does not work. Sure it can tell you your “brain type” and give you suggestions but so can buzzfeed personality tests. I had thought this was a digital planner but, nope, it’s just another scam trying to milk money from people. If you’re wanting a feel good word of the day, check your horoscope. Aside from that, it’d be cheaper and more effective to buy a notebook from the dollar store.

Crashing Issues When Trying to Change Date

draagonlady

I did the recent update to the app and now when I scan for the previous day and I try to change the date the app immediately crashes. Please fix as I scan for the previous day first thing in the morning and would like to be able to change the date as needed.

Planner; good. App; lacking.

I've had some issues with the app crashing. And generally, I'm not sure how the app is supposed to work alongside the planner. I really like this EVO idea... but the app is lacking. I can't recommend a productivity app that keeps me from being productive.

So far so good.

Like it so far, but found the following that needs fixing on the app - scanning the QR for the “Weekly” entries is not user friendly. It’s hard to keep it steady enough. The daily works better. - Month Of Jan 2019 does include 31 days, but 28? Maybe it’s just my app, but that is bummer can add those entries. Otherwise still new and getting use to submitting and keeping at. I Like it overall.

Buggy app terrible customer service

chicagoland-ipaduser

This app is a fun idea but has been buggy as all get out. Latest is that now if I go to make a manual entry I have to watch the flashlight on my phone come on for the scan before I can get to the manual mode. Woke my partner up out of a sound sleep. The scanning functionality is also so spotty that I stopped trying — hence the frustration when the manual mode doesn’t work properly. I’ve also been through the worst customer service experience with the paper planners. First shipment 2 months late and incomplete. Order completed 4 months later but only with repeated communication with customer service. Now a shipment sent that I didn’t order and they won’t even offer a prepaid return shipping option — for their own mistake! This company talks a good game but their actions demonstrate a complete lack of regard for the value of their customers’ time and money.

App still needs to evolve

Like Conan with an R

The version of the journal I’m using is v3.0, the app is v1.42. The app needs to catch up. I’m working on the habit of staying up late and I scanned my daily page on the following day. Now my Tuesday score on my journal is recorded on Wednesday in the app and I can’t change it. The journal is great, I’m motivated to continue using it but the only think the app does is keep track of your score, has tutorials on using the journal, and a timer that I already have an app for with more features.

Good app, improvements requested

While app is great some things could be improved: - can’t see historical scan data, where I can cross check exactly what dates have been scanned. Sometimes I scan a backlog of days and I have no way of seeing which I’ve scanned before - while you can choose past dates when scanning, or past weeks, it’s incomplete and some days / weeks are missing. A little frustrating

Crashes once a month

eelizie

Randomly acts like it never heard of me, and says “please enter a valid email” when I enter the same, valid, boring old email I use 50 times a day. The brain assessment was useful & opened my eyes but this crashy app is bs.
