Won’t stop crashing - won’t scan pages

Update: 3/31 - still doesn’t work! Their support people said there would be a fix coming - they didn’t say when and it hasn’t happened. These people are criminals taking people’s money for his program and app and this app doesn’t even work! Any positive reviews for this are obviously FAKE! Stay far far away! Update. It’s now 1/25/19 and it still doesn’t work! I want a refund. This thing is a bunch of BS. I can’t believe I wasted money on the books and everything. What a scam. ORIGINAL REVIEW I was so excited to get my EVO planner in the mail the other day after months of waiting, but extremely disappointed that I’m not getting much use out of it. I’m running 12.01 on my iPhone XS Max and I haven’t been been able to successfully scan a daily page. When I try to manually add the contents of the daily pages, the app crashes. I’m bummed.

I guess you need to buy a planner to scan into this app to make it work? Because you literally cannot do anything with this app by itself. There is no way to input your daily habits, even. This should be made clear in the app description. It is useless on its own.

The planner itself has really improved my productivity and I cannot say enough good things about it. However, the app has caused me repeated problems that have required multiple contacts to customer service that often take a long time to be answered. I’ve been paying for a premium membership but haven’t received my next planner nor can I access my account to order it or cancel my membership, even though the FAQs page tells me there’s a members only section to handle these things.

I got the app and started the personality test and the questions all seemed strange. For the majority of them, I didn’t see how some options opposed the others and I usually felt like I should be able to pick more than one option. Then the result it gave me was not too close to reality and every aspect of the personality it described was extremely broad. I’d expect almost everyone would relate with every personality type. It’s clearly BS. There’s other much more proven personality types that I think would probably be better to try out. Also, consider that people usually don’t fit into boxes very well and account for personal variation. I didn’t progress to the rest of the app because this part was so dumb. Please just switch to a more proven personality test. If you do, I’ll consider downloading it again.

Was so excited for this system. But the App doesn’t work at all. Created a new account twice Have deleted it and re-installed it twice to try to salvage the money I spent on this overly priced planner. . Doesn’t recognize my credentials. So sorry I fell for this. Overly priced marketing hype. Stay away.

App Crashes Constantly

I have the journals, enjoy using them and decided to move into the app. I downloaded the app yesterday and there are no pending updates. Every time I have tried to scan or manually enter my daily flow score, the app crashes. I’m the last 48 hours I have tried dozens of times and get nowhere. I followed the app support links to their website, but all “contact us” links turn up as 404 error pages. Since I was a supporter of their original Indiegogo campaign, this is disappointing. Right now the app is serving no purpose for me besides taking up space on my iPhone.

But, it’s missing some pieces. I NEED it to have a daily notes section. Either in the app or in the book. I get pulled out of using it when I have to carry multiple notebooks. I want it to have a daily diary option similar to Day One, with all its functionality. The app doesn’t serve a purpose. It’s neat that it tracks some metrics and gives you a scorecard, but it’s novelty and not actionable. I recognize that you’re fighting an uphill battle of keeping it simple so that anyone can complete it in minutes each day. Find the way to set mini milestones that give that accomplishment, but allow for the other features to grow around it.
