App needs improvement

Journal is great but the scan on the app has not worked once so far and there seems to be no way to unlock membership from inside the app.

I love the planner and love the concept, but the execution is lackluster. I’ve been attempting to upgrade to the pro version but have been plagued by bugs. Each time I try, I get an error message. I’ve reached out to the “support” multiple times and all I get is an automated response from a zen desk bot. I’ve even responded to the email saying “please respond” and have heard zilch. This is a slick product, but so far all flash and no bang. I’d like to: a.) be able to upgrade b.) explore the promised interface between other 3rd party apps (huge headspace user) and c.) be able to talk to a person when things go wrong. If you guys promise as much as you are and are playing off all of your press, you won’t get a second sale from your customer if you can’t execute. Figure out if you’re selling a product or a service, because while the physical product is beautiful, the service is horrible.

I’ve only gotten the daily scan to work once. Regardless of the scan feature, I wish the app supported capturing the written comments somewhere.

The app is crap

Trying to be charitable but I sign in to the app and it says user error for two days. I try to scan the pages and the app shuts down. I try to send an email and the app says I need an email account. The app never saves any of my data. Whoever designed the app had great intentions without any results. I cannot in good conscience recommend this app to anyone. The journal is good enough for now.

Great Planner...mediocre app

I really don't review but...

The planner is great! I’m really enjoying it. The app seems to only be a way to track the ratings you give your day. I wish there was a way to put your whole plan in there. At the very least, priorities would be good just so I remember them without having to buy cards.

Love the planner/ hate the app

I do actually love the planner and I think they got me pretty spot on with their “brain analysis”, but then it is rather vague, much like a psychic so everyone fits in a category and it can pretty much be applied to everyone. I love how they separate month, week, and day so that you can plan goals and days much better, getting an overall sense of your time and commitments. The app, though, keeps crashing and won’t let me purchase the premium membership so that I can get all the features. I don’t know if anyone else is having that problem, but it’s annoying and ruining the planner for me. I like the idea of what the app offers, but how can I use it if it keeps crashing?

Needs a few fixes

I’m writing this review with the intent on updating it once a few things are fixed: I want to add my friends to my app so we can follow each other and help with accountability but it won’t allow me to. I can’t manually enter them either. Also, I wanted to become an “EVO member” but an error message pops up saying “invalid product id”. I’d really like to utilize all the features in this app because the planner & app have a great look! And for the money I spent on the planner, it’d be nice if everything worked accordingly. It has great potential!!!

I just got the Evo app and ordered the planner. I’m excited to dig into this. Clicked on the link to become a member and it says Invalid product id. Can you help me join as a member?
