Borderline Theft

7 Month 'Customer'

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. If you buy a journal and then get on a system for them to pull money over time for a new journal they will charge you money monthly but never send you a new journal. Also as far as I can tell there’s no place on their website or app to see what you are signed up for, why they are pulling money for, or how you can make it stop. Never trust a company that doesn’t let you end your subscription or tell you what you are subscribed to.

Sadly

Keeps crashing, haven’t been able to log a single day unfortunately.

Bugs and more bugs

This app is full of bugs. First opening the app I get a user session error. When I scan a page the app crashes. I can’t upgrade to premium because I get an invalid if error. So basically I haven’t been able to use the app at all! I tried to uninstall then reinstall the app, now I can’t even log in, the app just goes back to the get started screen.

Not working for me

Alex21Bru

I am not going to bash this app by any means but I downloaded the app and went through the steps and I’m not sure if it’s just me right now or if there’s a glitch in the system right now but it will not allow me to continue once I’ve created my account. It keeps sending me in a loop. I tell it I’ve already taken the brain type test and that I have a planner and click get started. I put in my name, email, password get started and it brings me back to the questionnaire of what brain type I am again. So I click the log-in button thinking hey I just submitted my info I should be in the system. And it does the same thing bringing me back to the questionnaire. Can anyone help me out with why it’s doing this or if I’m just missing something? I’d try out the fb log-in method but if it requires anything to do with that email I’m out of luck because I no longer use that one.

Not a good start

Journal seems promising but I can’t even log into the app. Log in gets sent right back to the “let’s get started” screen.

Unacceptable

So I received my planner yesterday after falling for the marketing pitch. I downloaded the app on my android device. And registered with Facebook just fine. I attempted to make my first entry this morning to find a SQL state error blocking me from running the application. I then installed this app on my iPhone just to find the same error. As a software engineer the first thing I noticed is the same error happening on a completely different platform. Which tells me this is a server related error. The reason I am ranking this so low is because your entire company depends on an integration with these apps and it is unacceptable to allow your flagship applications which support your app to come across errors such as this. No way would I ever willingly spend $40+ on a planner with no ability to utilize it to its full potential. So at this point as a new customer I’ve essentially paid $40 for a product that only works 10% if the time and this is not good business. If you have software engineers or a dev ops engineer he/she needs to fix this issue ASAP. I would even encourage an engineer to do a cost analysis of what this failure has caused as it relates to the business model.

Doesn’t work

I have tried re-downloading the app, re-starting my phone, updating my phone, checking the evo website; everything. Nothing worked. This app doesn’t work. And the planner I bought does not work without the app.

No access and no support

Ja-walk

Tried to download the app today and it just keeps me on a login loop. Tried deleting and downloading again several times to no avail and used all available login options. No progress. I tried going to their contact page to get support for the app before writing a review but the page is inaccessible (404 error). I really like everything I’m seeing online and still want to give it a shot. Hopefully this will stimulate some support from someone, and if it does I would love to give the app/planner a go and change my review.

Great, but needs some work.

App works wonderfully. Scanner is very quick, very helpful when trying to keep track of entries. However, it comes up with an error whenever I try to upgrade.

Great Journal Glitchy App

Lefty Odinbeard

Looking forward to giving this app a five star review because I really like the journal and the system! Unfortunately, I am currently paying for the premium service which is meant to include the extra features for tracking and analytics in the app, but these features are completely inaccessible. Even attempting to purchase the premium features through the app (above the amount I already pay) returns only an error popup dialogue. The developers say they are working on this issue but it has been weeks now and I haven’t heard anything else. Please update this app ASAP!
