Update Needs an Update

Since the app was updated, it doesn’t allow for classes to sync to calendars which is a big issue for a gym that has a 3 strike policy if you don’t cancel within 3 hours (even if the class isn’t full) and wouldn’t get a notification until it’s almost past that point to cancel. It’s been months of this with no update so if they’re not going to fix, members shouldn’t be penalized for late cancels if the app fails to let us plan accordingly. It really shouldn’t be this hard to update given the monthly costs of using this gym.

Can’t even book a class it’s endlessly trying to load the list. This has happened many times and I have restarted the app many times

This is by far the worst app I’ve downloaded in years. Doesn’t have basic functionality. Constant glitches and freezes. Won’t load so I can’t book a class half the time. What’s the point of paying for a membership if you can’t access the basic aspects? This needs to be fixed. Extremely disappointing.

This app works when it feels like it, when you open the app not always shows the icons for checking is nor in-club class schedules which are the necessary & the most used. When it dose show them it keeps thinking for a while, then says sorry something went wrong try again, this happens specially when we have to book a class, either it won’t show the class at all or it takes about a good whole minute or two to do it which by that time the class is almost full & you might be lucky to get in or the spot that you wanted is gone & all the effort you made was for nothing! It is the most frustrating app to work with. The only good thing they did with this is when you want to check in the club & if the icons is their it checks you In automatically. That’s all I have to say about it.
Unable to Login

I am trying to login to my account using my IPad. I hit “Login” and it spins and spins. I have removed the app twice and reinstalled it and it is still happening. Please help? I have the latest Apple update installed. Thanks.

Equinox app is now so confusing for in club use and bookings. They are really missing the point here. Navigating to find classes is miserable, adding classes to your calendar only works half the time, and the calendar overall is hard to navigate. They have prioritized streaming and forgot about those of us going to the club. It used to be good.

For equinox to be a luxury gym you would expect their app to be better. It crashes all the time, it won’t load classes correctly, and it has caused me to late cancel more than once. I’m astonished the app has such high ratings because it’s honestly the worst performing app on my phone.

Equinox in itself is absolutely AMAZING! Especially in NYC! However, the app is far below average. I stand awkwardly at the front desk for 5 mins sometimes waiting for the app to sign me in... That's really annoying.
