Doesn’t ever work

I’ll have full signal strength and the app keeps telling me I’m not connected to the internet. Only works well when you’re in the club on their WiFi which defeats the purpose.
The calendar on home page

I love the newly updated app but please have the calendar shortcut on the home page, it was too good to track my personal training sessions for the day and all the sessions in the week.
App does not sync w/ calendar

Love the app and class booking feature, but have tried countless times to add classes to my personal calendar through the app, and every time I get an error message. Messaged customer support through the app as well with no response. Super frustrating for an otherwise fairly seamless app that has made food improvements over time.
Too much stuff going on

This app is a vomit of features, no tech planning nothing. This interactive business could be done in a Facebook or survey link. They never bothered surveying users and just launched It’s also super slow and navigation is really confusing.
Decent App But Buggy

Communities feature has a bug that prevents my avatar from showing. Worse it shows someone else and ntirely. No one seems to know how to fix it. Searching classes is clunky and hard to find by instructor unless you already know which location they will be at.
Practical and easy to use

I love staying on top of my classes, and being able to register in advance. It has a lot of helpful information and it is easy to use. Keep it up!
Equinox supports white supremacists

I’m an avid user of the app and would like to give it a higher rating, but Equinox and its ownership actively support white supremacy and homophobia. There are plenty of other gyms out there that are not owned by people who are sympathetic to white supremacists.

It takes 10 seconds to load and crashes for me 5 times out of 10. Can you please make it less bloated so I can actually use it to log in and check on classes?
