App revamp broke it

Recently Equinox revamped their perfectly functional app to apparently add useless stuff like animation effects and now it barely works. It constantly struggles to connect to networks. Also personal trainers are no longer able to upload training g plans into the apps. Apparently Equinox is aware of the issues but is not interested in fixing them; instead focusing on other apps in development including a private trainer app that is not associated with Equinox.
Their app is mostly down and they put it on AWS

We keep getting the notification that the app is down due to AWS outage but all other AWS Sevices or apps based on AWS are working just fine… Equinox is one of the slowest and most unreliable app that I’ve ever used. Their Eng team has to step up and build a better experience
May be good but can’t login

Just paid over $2000 for the soulcycle bike and I can’t even login without it glitching. Can no longer login and the password reset link has 404 error ?

I rejoined this club because it’s well run. However it’s not great when mask mandates are not modeled by instructors and the air filters are routinely in need of changing. I really love being able to come to the gym but the gym itself has to be adamant about safety so we can all continue to be here. It’s not a big ask - so please, make it a priority again.

Rarely does this app actually open up when I’m trying to check in. The login almost always just has an error

The exercises are great!! But what’s the point of having great exercises if your members can’t use them? 90%of the time I get error messages when trying mirror/airplay. I have an iPhone 11. yes it’s updated. I have a brand new Toshiba fire tv, and a new fire 4K stick in my other TV. Yes, all updated softwares. I am able to screen mirror anything from my iphone 11, except this app. And that’s on ANY of my fire devices. I can only mirror exercises from my laptop using the actual website, to my fire 4K stick. I used to be able to mirror from my phone to my devices but then it stopped. App is getting worse. And to make it worse, now I’m getting loading error messages on my phone when I’m not even trying to AirPlay.
Class filters make browsing really diffucult

The filtering system is so poorly designed. If I want to look for strength classes, I have to do so by each day of the week to see what’s offered. It’s a big usability oversight.

App works amazing on my iPhone and iPad. I love the selection of workouts and the app interface. Just wish there was an Apple Watch App to track my real time heart rate. Other than that, I prefer this app over Apple Fitness +
