My app stopped working. I can’t open. I’ve tried 2 different gym locations and nobody could help. No update needed so I went to the Apple store and nada. I was then told to back up my phone and restore to settings....not what I expected
You broke it. Please simplify it and fix it.

Maybe you need a “lite” version for people who just want to schedule a class. Make is stone simple, efficient and with bulletproof basic coding. You can maintain the full/cumbersome/buggy version for people who need all that handholding.

Piling on, since you’re clearly not taking action. App crashes immediately. It’s hard to book classes 26 hours ahead of time (in order to follow your terrible booking policy), if the app crashes immediately upon launch. Fix ASAP!

Another update gone wrong! First it was wring picture wring birthday. Now, app won’t even open! So, I’ll just go ahead and leave my crappy review up from the last uodate... Again...why do you keep updating and upcharging! I get more irritated with every update.
