Equalizer is paid iOS app published by Audioforge Labs Inc.
sounds like a bootleg!
I used to love this app, had it for years, but can’t use it anymore on my iPhone X, if I adjust a frequency it freezes/crashes. Please fix and you’ll be back to 5 Stars!

Worth every penny. Turns the AirPods into mini monsters of sound. This app shows what these little puppies are made of. This is the only equalizer app I use now.

I love this app but since the last update it has been killing my battery when not connected or in use. Please fix.

I bought an older model of JBL bluetooth speaker for cheap, hoping it wouldn't be egregiously hyped on the low end, It was, until finding this app anyway. I am using the built in bass cut setting with good results. There are about twenty different prefab presets. The app also lets one totally customize the EQ curve to suit with a familiar interface--there are seven (!) control points to adjust. I've used desktop digital audio workstation apps that don't have that degree of flexibility. Custom presets can be saved and even sync'd via iCloud. In a nice touch, the button to access the curve editing changes shape to show what the active EQ is. Very cool. One can quickly ascertain what the active EQ is without having to get out of a playlist. The player is way better than the Apple Music app too. (Well, I guess that's not much of a compliment.) I can see playing all music through this app and using the flat setting when not using the bass-heavy JBL speaker. As far as I can tell, the app does not hava a means of putting EQ on the output of other apps--audio must be played through the app so I don't think it will work with the Apple Music streaming service.

Audio forge has been putting out this great app for so long and they still support it! THE parametric eq. Nuff said.
Eminem lost it
Will NOT work with apple music REGARDLESS of wether or not the songs are downloaded. Waste of money

Just when I thought this app couldn't get any better, I discovered the crossfade feature!
