Works great just not Apple Music

Audiophile Matt

I am a complete audiophile, and finally I can listen to Kashmir with the bass it deserves. Love the fine tuning. You have to own the music. Purchase the actual album. Apple streaming doesn’t allow it.

Always liked

Darkprinceofjazz

Like this app. I do find myself fooling around with different sounds more than actually listening to my music. Sort of like spending more time browsing your music than listening too it. Has been crash happy in the past. Been good the last year or so. Usability is rough until you spend some time with it. Took a few days to get comfortable with all the options. The experimentation is what’s so fun.

Playlists don't load...

Scottdprm

The UI is not initiative... Playlists don't load... Doesn't work with my Apple watch which is the reason I bought it... I want my money back.

No support

lvgar

All I can say is that I paid for the app. Haven’t been able to get it to work on my Apple Watch series 3. I have emailed them a few times and other than getting the pat response of “we’ll get back to you”, haven’t heard anything. I’m guessing lousy customer service.

Fabulous Audio EQ App!

Update 2016-12-06: if app "disappears" on startup on iPhone 7+, turn on "Safe Mode" for Equalizer in IOS Settings. Otherwise: Wow! 5 Stars and exactly what I was looking for. This app is a *terrific* 7-band parametric equalizer for iOS devices, with a built-in spectrum analyzer, separate input and output gain controls, and support for sending audio to AirPlay devices. A true parametric equalizer, each EQ band can be adjusted for both emphasis AND width. A control on the main screen allows quick A/B comparison between EQ-ed and non-EQ-ed output. You can create, save, and easily recall separate EQ profiles for different output devices, types of music, etc., and share those profiles via email with other devices and friends running the app. Independent EQ profiles for left and right channels are also supported, in case your source audio, output devices, or ears require EQ on a per-channel basis. Equalizer seems easy to use, and includes support for nice-to-have audio player features like display of embedded cover art and lyrics, a playback timer, Last.FM scrobbling, and a built-in and online manual which...believe it or not...actually includes screenshots and explanations of how to use the app. Well worth the price, AudioForge also offers this app as part of bundles that include other apps that perform similar EQ functions for streaming audio and Audiobus applications. A extremely powerful tool to create and save EQ profiles for headphones and AirPlay devices.

Best separate left/right EQ

Superjv1080

Wonderful app for separate left/right EQ for those with hearing loss. Tried other apps but this one wins out for me. Now hearing highs that had been lost for years. Like having hearing aids compensation in my phone. Separate headphone saves. Some frequency test tones would be nice to set EQ. Also unchecking items after checking would be great. Or a way to select all in artist or genre view. Headphones play/pause fixed. Still on iOS 10.x.

Best EQ app for iPhone

GregGodec

I have been using this app for over a year and it is a great way to get more from the iPhone as a source. Smooth EQ and easy to use. This app helps all headphones and Bluetooth sound amazing and should be in every audiophiles tool kit. Needed help from tech support one time and even that was amazing, responsive and helpful. Thanks for making a great app.

Good, but...

This equalizer app is really good and the default settings are already sufficient for anybody's listening taste. There's a small learning curve though to navigate around the app. Still 5 stars!

Amazing

Tas608

If you are looking for a Equalizer and music player that can handle your hi-if style or even you just want something to sound better, look no further. This is the best EQ app have I used in my life. There is so much control, style, and innovation in this app. The UI is has tug every now and then. But it's easy to look over once you've put in your headphones. Even on Apple EarPods, with its not existent bass production through the iPhone, is sustained through the EQ. This is absolutely wonderful for the regular listener or the hardcore audiophile.

Great Sound Quality, Apple Music No Go

Breakzilla

I love the sound quality and the EQ, but it wouldn't play any of files I downloaded via Apple Music. This creates an issue and ultimately makes the app useless unless I unsubscribe from Apple Music and go back to loading files from iTunes.
