Won’t let you watch movies

I’m a paying EPIX customer through Dish Network. The app says I can’t watch movies and to click HERE to chat with a Dish rep. Well, the click HERE button doesn’t work either. Total fail.
Can’t use existing account. Can’t watch anything.

Had to re-enter my log in. Successfully logged in I am taken to a NEW create an account screen. It tells me my email address is already in use. DUH! Of course it is I just logged in with the same email address!

EPIX is a great channel and a fantastic app. You can take it anywhere and watch great genres of films, no matter what you’re in the mood to see.

I was looking forward to using this app, but once I logged on through my provider, I still had to sign up for an account. When I tried to create an Epix username, I continued to get errors. I got an error message saying my username was not an email address, then when I put in my email address as the username, I got an error because it included special characters. Hopefully they can fix this error so I can use the app.
