Can’t use existing account. Can’t watch anything. – EPIX Stream with TV Package Review

Had to re-enter my log in. Successfully logged in I am taken to a NEW create an account screen. It tells me my email address is already in use. DUH! Of course it is I just logged in with the same email address!
