Log on unsuccessful – EPIX Stream with TV Package Review

I was looking forward to using this app, but once I logged on through my provider, I still had to sign up for an account. When I tried to create an Epix username, I continued to get errors. I got an error message saying my username was not an email address, then when I put in my email address as the username, I got an error because it included special characters. Hopefully they can fix this error so I can use the app.
