Too Frustrating

Every few days the app tells me that a show I’ve been watching is unavailable and to refresh it or call customer service. To get it working I have to delete the app, download it again and then go through the activate device procedure. Then everything works for a few days—until I have to go through it all over again. It’s just not worth the hassle.

Everytime I’m watching something from my phone it logs me out I’ll log back in and then 5 mins later it happens again it’s VERY frustrating
Keeps kicking me out!

This app keeps kicking me out of my account while I’m watching a show. I sign back in and 5 minutes later, it’s kicks me out again. No matter if I’m on WiFi or over cellular, it does it on both.

Tricks you into thinking you get to watch free movies using Tv provider...All it does is allow you to download an app (lol). Another Netflix & Hulu

Update: Continues to be on par with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu! The choice of content is insane especially when the cost is free, with the EPIX channel on Spectrum. Having been a regular user of HBO GO and MAX GO, I can say that EPIX is an app right on par Witt them. It runs great on my iPhone 4, and iPad 2 both 32 GB and iOS's of 6.0.1. I have Charter Cable and the only weird thing so far was that Charter Cable asked for account log in when what it really wanted was your charter.net email, and zip. After all of that was done movie selection was a breeze and no problems with playback or pausing, etc... The only common thing I read in the ratings for this app were issues with COX cable. I’m a subscriber to EPIX with my Dish acct. It was working perfectly & a great app. But around 1/13/20 I haven’t been able to stream movies - looks like it’s ready to go then switches back to the EPIX logo & no movie. I can watch EPIX live on my tv but I still can’t stream. I’ve deleted & reloaded app - still no luck. What changed??
