Interesting SIM, but way too expensive.

Trying to set up a basic village, it costs an enormous amounts of brick and marble and wood, yet those buildings that provide these items only give 5 at a time. Three days, I still don’t have enough to upgrade and keep up with the requests. 3 hours to wait for supplies is way too long for a beginner.

New review- Prompt polite and professional support got everything straightened out. There are a variety of ways to play and win. Pick your best path:warriors, trade, quests, tournaments. I love the game play through support of each other instead of finding my base flattened. I move steadily up and take my time. Advice- space is the most valuable resource use it wisely. The magic academy(mentioned below) now works great. Oh and now I fight effectively. Old review Please change: let me delete the Magic academy. Im an app only player and can’t use it. At least let me delete it until it is functional. Delightful time passer. Im at stage 2 and love the layers of involvement. Still haven’t been able to fight effectively. My max party size is 36. Opponent 80-109. Maybe its because I'm app only. I wish more people traded. Come on peeps. Ps. How do i start a pc based game connected to my app one w/out using google or facebook?

Its a nice game but would be better if you could rotate the buildings so you could make the most of the space you have an need to make it easier to get land expansions do those things and ill increase my star rating

I love this game. Been playing forever and I am on the elementals chapter (newest one) on laptop. I have purchased many many many diamonds for real money over the years. They recently added mobile play and when I tried to purchase diamonds on my iPhone it didn’t go through. I tried a few times and figured there was a glitch. Later noticed I was charged. I have been messaging with customer service for 6 days and they are unhelpful. They are questioning me and telling me the diamonds showed up on game and I used them. I never received diamonds purchased through iPhone. You think someone who has spent hundreds of real money on their game would be more helpful. So.... 9 our of 10 stars for game Minus 9 out of 10 stars for customer service/help

How ever the wait time and the constant updates and versions are rediculous. This app requires a lot of cash purchases in order to move on to next steps. The building an army is not right. It says you are training 25,7,34 but when you face the next fight your numbers do not increase except during research. What is the sense in that, plus you use up all your coins and resources.

This game would get 4-5 stars if there was a way to search for certain player. There is no search tab. The only way to look up people to play in this game is a list of everyone. I have certain people I want to join my fellowship but I can’t find them cause there is no search tab for players. It’s common sense to have had this when the game came out. Please add a way to search for players. Thank You!!
