Since this last update I can’t access my account. Says the password is incorrect and when I try to get it back it says my email wasn’t linked when I had linked my FB with it. I tried logging in that way and it was reset to scratch. I’m leader of my own fellowship called Shannara. I’ve put money into this game not to mention a lot of time. Can’t even get help through customer service because it sends me right to the App Store. I have my user name. This is crap.

Really love the game and interacting with my Fellowship group! Would love the game more if it was a flat monthly rate vs buying diamonds to perform certain functions.
Needs improvement in a few areas

I love building my little elven city, but the time it takes to make resources is ridiculous. Everything uses them up in big numbers but you can’t produce in big numbers so it’s hours and hours and hours of making and collecting just to spend it all on one small thing. If things don’t update and become a little more efficient I’m just going to delete the app. I was excited about the game but now it’s more frustrating than anything.

I like this one a lot. But, that being said, there could be improvements. Inno tends to fix things that aren’t broken. They take what is working and make it so it doesn’t anymore. And they don’t listen when you try to tell them about it. I get that they want to make a buck. But you can bet they are making some money on it. Just being greedy in my opinion.

I HATE mmorpg’s, but for some reason Elvenar intrigued me. And I’m always on whenever I can. Overall this is a GREAT game. 10/10.
Mobile users beware

If you can only play on mobile, your going to be very disappointed. You will waste your time trying to keep up with your fellowship members...you’ll spend knowledge points and space on items that don’t work on mobile, and you cannot participate in challenges. The developers keep saying they’re working on it, but very little progress is being made. It’s sad, because otherwise the game would be great.

Great, great game. Beautiful graphics. Engaging backstory, from basic storyline through specific events and quests. These might be very loosely tied to holidays or seasons but sometimes straight from the imagination of the creative staff. One area that disappoints is the need to spend cash - real cash - to keep gameplay moving forward. Yes, all requirements are available through gameplay but often not enough to keep that feeling of success going (probably my motivator - competition with myself). I am certain that this game is incredibly expensive to operate. Not only basic software/hardware teams but there is an incredible & responsive support team, there are staff lead online instructional videos and the creative/development team must be busy worldwide. I know the expenses must be quite high. But if there is anything that would make me drop out, it would be the need to “purchase” points to break past “roadblocks”. I hope not, but this is just not a line in my household budget! BUT —- I LOVE THIS GAME! Thank you Elvenar, staff. Thank you.
