Horrible customer service – Elvenar - Fantasy Kingdom Review

I love this game. Been playing forever and I am on the elementals chapter (newest one) on laptop. I have purchased many many many diamonds for real money over the years. They recently added mobile play and when I tried to purchase diamonds on my iPhone it didn’t go through. I tried a few times and figured there was a glitch. Later noticed I was charged. I have been messaging with customer service for 6 days and they are unhelpful. They are questioning me and telling me the diamonds showed up on game and I used them. I never received diamonds purchased through iPhone. You think someone who has spent hundreds of real money on their game would be more helpful. So.... 9 our of 10 stars for game Minus 9 out of 10 stars for customer service/help
