Flawless and effortless WiFi

chionophobic

Works perfectly and they provide quick security updates. Couldn’t be happier.

Constantly Asks User To Upgrade

CometCole

The apps functionality and design are great... But each time you open the app they ask if you want to upgrade. I'm bombarded with crap commercials all day, the last thing I want is a sales pitch from my wifi

No more Eero Plus

I agree with everyone here. The Eero plus push within the app has to stop. Now there is a “buy” tab as well. Good app and good product but sales push is too much.

If I wanted Eero Plus I’d buy it

Please stop annoying me to try Eero Plus. If I wanted it I would buy it. I love your devices, and your tech support to replace one of my defective devices was fantastic. But stop annoying me to give you more money.

How can a > $300 product show ads?

rocketsh

I’m returning my eero. It’s unbelievable that a product I paid money for would show an ad. And not a small ad - but a huge full screen can’t move on until you dismiss it ad. Abysmal. Good bye eero.

Awesome app

Very simple to use. May not do everything I’d like, but regular enhancements continue to add new features. Unlike some reviewers, I’m NOT bombarded with Eero Plus ads (don’t believe I’ve received one since my first use of the app); and no, I didn’t subscribe to make them stop!

It works and it is awesome

I work from home and endured wifi dead zones and drops / spotty connections for 2 years. After installing Eero, I haven't had an issue with connectivity for 6 months. I get solid speeds and am extremely happy with the Eero (gen 2) system. I have Google Fiber and get 800MB at Eero router and 150MB+ throughout our 2 story house (and basement). I highly recommend it!

Inconsistent

grumpythedwarf

The eero pro kicks our phones off the network and responds that the password is wrong when we try to reconnect. I can actually go into the eero app and copy the password and paste it and it will still say it is wrong. Then later it will automatically connect without any issue. There are some other features that don’t seem fully fleshed out, but I don’t care as much about those. I do care that it does what a router usually does, but I randomly find myself unwittingly using my cellular data because eero has kicked me off.

Good product, but needs some more features

We need the ability track data usage per device each month.

I paid for my router, stop trying to upsell!

I am tired of seeing the eero plus subscription pop up every single time I attempt to use the app. Once or twice is understandable, but every single time is disgusting when it’s a product I paid hundreds for.
