Getting better!

saumil2

App has continued to improve over time, and finally has most of the features I want/need

Best WiFi solution yet!

Pitchfork350

Our house is almost 4K sqft. I have 2 eeros downstairs, 1 in the garage, and 2 upstairs. For large homes Eero recommends 3; however we have a large number of devices that are wirelessly connected inside and outside the home. The 5 eeros provide whole home coverage with great reliability and performance. The app could stand to provide the user with a few more feature rich options, but I suspect this was intentional to provide a user friendly experience for individuals not technically inclined.

Terrible to ask for more money...

J Earp

I paid a premium to buy Eero and now Eero wants me to pay more money to get features that are included with other competing mesh systems.

Remove the ad for the 'plus' please!

Teddybear1125

Could not believe that they added the ad for their plus on the app and ask us for more money on subscription support with the high-end product like this?! So disappointed!

Best Wi-Fi system

J-01841

The eero Wi-Fi system works great, I tried different Wi-Fi mesh systems and this one hands-down beats them all.

After assigning a profile to a device, you can't navigate back from Device Details. Have to force quit the app at this point to navigate back to the main screen.

Review from a professional Network Architect

Crazgod

Let me start by saying I do not work for eero and they have not asked me nor are they involved with my decision to provide this review. I am doing it solely to help others who may be deciding whether to purchase this product. I am an IT professional, specifically I am a Principal Network Architect (CCAr). I build large scale networks for fortune 500 companies. Even with my expertise it is difficult to weed through the products available for home networking. Despite the available product reviews it can still be challenging to know whether something will work once you get it in your home. Enter the Eero. I've been using the Eero for my home network since they released their first generation devices. When they were first released the performance was amazing but the features and configuration options were limited at best. With the second generation, or even with the new application features and options available to those of us still using the first generation devices, that has all changed. Eero has managed to create devices and a management application that allows for simple configuration and a great deal of flexibility which offers an insurmountable advantage over its competitors. It is simple to set up and use. Also, for only $10 a month their Eero plus features will give you all of the features you need to take care of your home networking security, parental controls, and Home networking needs. I was disappointed when I first purchased these devices and found that the security and parental control features were severely lacking. With the updates they have recently released and all the features the update includes, It was well worth the wait and I am glad I chose to purchase this product. Suffice it to say, I spend my days building and securing networks professionally. It's about time that a company produced a product that manages this for me at home so I don't have to spend my personal time doing it as well. Great job Eero!

Great Wi-Fi system. And great app

StephenSmith82

I'm using the eero pro system all hardwired. Running great. Love how I can add family profiles so I can disable the net when needed and build a schedule. I'm trying to trail of the eero plus and that's pretty cool also. Great idea.

Good router, bad software

Imahawki

The router works as expected for a $400 router but the software is missing key features such as total bandwidth use by device. There is a huge thread on Eero's support forum yet after over 9 months they've refused to release this simple feature.

Issues with devices on network

Gib golf

Have issues with the number of devices shown on the eero network since the last update?
