still missing reboot

This app needs a reboot option. Sure, you shouldn't need to reboot, but sometimes you DO. Please allow me to cycle all my Eeros remotely if I want to. Don't be Apple.
Nice hardware. App needs more features

Eero app & hardware review I have owned the version 2 hardware for over two months now. Most nice features have already been detailed by other reviews so here are some items to add to the general feature wishlist: Regarding the iPhone app: The devices list (listing client machines) has a significant delay (not real time) so it would be nice to have a "refresh" button or action gesture like pull/swipe down on page. I usually need to restart the app and wait for minutes before list is updated with actual connected devices. I find myself doing this often (multiple times per week) as I trouble shoot some devices' connectivity (more on this below). It would be nice if the devices list page reported the eero unit each device is connected to without having to click on the details of each device Likewise in the eero unit report page it would be useful to list all currently connected devices. Wishes regarding the hardware: I wish I also had direct access (lower level) to the hardware using a PC (in addition to the good "simple approach" app which can only be accessed from smartphone) Better heat dissipation (it gets really hot) Even though the hardware is of high quality and compact and I get good reception in all the house I still get drops in connectivity for some devices at home (iPhones and iPads) and most times I am forced to reboot them (occasionally I must reboot the router itself). Also I have experienced at least two router crashes in the middle of streaming movies from both Amazon Prime and Netflix (I don't have other streaming services). So nope, not all WIFI issues have been solved with this router. But so far the experience has been slightly better than with previous routers I owned. I am willing to give this company some time to improve their firmware and apps.

So this review is not about the amazing eero whole-home WiFi system itself, rather it’s about the app. The app has a beautiful interface and unlike the velop app I had prior it updates frequently and always stays sharp and simple. I love the app because it fully controls everything about my network. From guest access, to connected devices, to adding an eero, to controlling the led lights, to family profiles and parental controls, to everything else you may need!!! Love this sleek and sharp app. It’s details and color scheme is also super complimentary (from an artist with firm views on grouping colors based to coincide in a way that’s visually appealing). Nice app eero!!!
Stop pushing eero plus

Please stop pushing eero plus. I don’t want it. And I don’t want to see a full screen upsell for it multiple times per week. I bought the eero 3 weeks ago and I’m seriously thinking of returning it, not because I don’t love the product but because I can’t stand those up sells. I’ve already paid for the hardware, I don’t want the service.

Ever since I got eero, I’ve never had to reboot the device. Works like a charm! One thing I miss from the app is the ability to view who is connected through the guest account.
App is good but ads ANNOYING

I’m pretty disappointed that an app for a multi hundred dollar product throws huge ads in my face whenever I run it. It would be enough to say no once, or MAYBE twice, but to have to continuously dismiss the ad for the Eero Plus service is terrible. I would feel differently if this was a cheap product, but I paid big bucks already for the router.

Love my eero system, however, getting a pop up every time I launch the app for eero plus is beyond annoying. No means no!!!

Missing a key feature

Eero could be great but it's missing a key feature all the other products have. The ability to look at data usage by devices over time. This is a must have feature as ISPs implement data caps and without it you'll pay high overage fees. Until eero provides this go with google wifi instead.
