I really love that this wallet supports many different crypto’s and it’s very easy to use and see my balances for all my crypto’s on one screen. I also love that I can exchange crypto’s too right in the wallet. I would love to see you add support for pirate coin ARRR please!!!

I tried exchanging some btc to dodge coin and it has taking really long for the transaction to go through . The money has already been deducted from by btc wallet but yet to receive it in dodge coin. Still says pending . Almost 2 days now

Disclaimer * I’m by no means an expert with crypto or managing my “wallets”. So I’m not the best one to review the functionality of the app and all it has to offer. However, I felt compelled to leave a review because of the excellent customer service I received when I had a problem figuring out how to receive my incoming Ether transfer I did from Top Shot. I sent an email to customer service with very little expectations of even getting a response. To my surprise I got a response in a very timely manner. I still wasn’t able to get it to work right away and had to email them a couple more times, but the their responses were very quick and helpful and I had my issue fully resolved very quickly. This was the best customer experience I’ve had in the crypto space hands down. Usually it takes weeks to even get a response from other companies and it usually just ends with them saying “sorry for your problems” but no resolution. It is a great comfort to know that they will help you figure out any issues you come across and that your money won’t be lost in thin air. Thank you Edge! Well done?

Funds hostage.

Once you use this service, you will never be able to remove all funds from your wallet if you decide to go with external wallet or want to send to an exchange. If you want a company to have control over your funds, use this service. Per emails with their support, there is no way to eliminate your wallet or remove all funds.

Awesome app for storing crypto!

My buddy RJ works at this company andHad me look into it for storing my crypto and he was right it is awesome, easy to use, love the display, you can buy and sell but most importantly, It is non-custodial in your coins are no longer on the exchanges but are actually yours! Highly recommend!
