I’m no cryptocurrency expert but I invested in Bitcoin in 2017 (best decision ever). I originally set up my account on Airbitz which became Edge. There have been three times I’ve needed to communicate with them over the years and although it may take a couple hours tops for a return call they always call back quickly. Every time I’ve spoken to an Edge employee I have never felt rushed, not even for a moment. They take their time and ensure your questions have been answered or issues resolved. I wish I wrote down the names of the first two edge employees I spoke to but I didn’t and at this point those conversations were ages ago. What I CAN say is that I spoke to RJ today and he addressed every question I had for nearly an hour, and he did it with kindness and patience. I’m a big fan of Edge and would highly recommend them, especially if you’re feeling abandoned with your current exchange in your ability to speak to a human. Crypto is complicated. We should all have questions and in my experience Edge will be there to answer them.

I downloaded this app because I want to take money from my crapped out and go pick it up at the ATM this was back on April 17 I sent it from my coin base wallet account it was confirmed the funds have still not yet hit my edge wallet and they seem to can’t figure out where it went customer service is a joke all they do is give you the runaround on trying all the stuff that leads right back to the same conclusion the problem doesn’t get fixed if you’re in the US do not download thisUnless you want to lose your crap their money then by all means do so but if you’re like me then you can’t afford to lose any money but these people don’t care

Yikes, looks like another bad one coming for Edge. Inexcusably high transfer fees which you CANNOT change, despite the app telling you the contrary.

I try to purchase Bitcoin with simplex on edge but it keeps saying “ITS DEAD JIM” what is the meaning of this CANT you resolve this issue this has been hailing for two month now

I had small problem when I exchanged from BTC to USDC. I left message on costomer service phone number thinking nobody will call me back (as Coinbase I still have not heard back with my huge problem) but guy name Archee called me back and he was THE MOST HELPFUL person on earth. I’m a novice to cripto but he explain well so I could understand everything. He also answered so many questions had on top of relevant issue I had. He basically educated me a lot to bet up to speed. I’m so happy somebody nice like that answer the phone to solve problem and more so I’ll recommend Edge to all people need of wallet.

I transferred my money to a wallet (USDC) and it has been stolen from me, it appears to me that I have but it does not let me move it, so I opened my account from another phone and the wallet or money does not appear, then what is happening? Where did my money go? I want it back.

The app works well. The max amount option could be more obvious for exchanging currencies. Fees should be reduced by 50%.

Works great until you have an issue!!! I sent 95.00usd to someone. They could see it sent but never got it. I sent numerous requests to edge. The finally said” you need to resynch your wallet… don’t ever do this!!!!!! This wiped out the transaction in question. However I pasted the log to several sites. Edge is a scamming site and refuses to make things right for me!! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!
