When you exchange from one cryptocurrency to another and then guarantee it will not cost any more than five dollars they lie they charged me $12 for a $50 transfer. Don’t trust them

These fees on this app are absolutely insane. $38 to send $200 worth of Bitcoin. $17 to exchange $70 worth of btc to xmr. If you like throwing money away This will be a great choice for you.

It helped me split some coins. It holds DOGE. Devs update the app. It works. Maybe that's a low bar but they nail the important things when others don't.

The app was great until I purchased a gift card! My account status has been pending for more than 5 hours. I contacted customer service with the hopes of resolving this problem. I’m very disappointed! My funds appear to be missing at this point.

Terrible Fees

This app rapes on fees. I transferred $30 and ended up with $20 from a single exchange (no change in currency price) . That’s insane . Thought it was an error on my part , did it with $100 & they took nearly $20 . Moving my money out of this wallet ASAP . Don’t waste your time with this counter intuitive crap.

Whether it’s miners or the networks, the fees they charge are out of control 7-15% in some cases. Fees to buy, more fees to exchange, and fees to cash out. ROI completely drained in this fee based industry. As for the Edge app itself, very good UI, and I feel it’s a very safe wallet, customer service is responsive, overall great wallet. If Edge can find a way to obtain lower fees for its users the wallet would be excellent.

What a joke of an app. Wont even let me create a username, just stuck loading on the screen. I figured they’re busy so I came back 30 mins, still loading. Waste of spaces

Headed for greatness

The app worked great to take my money and add Bitcoin but will not allow me to transfer to my cold wallet ... going on a FULL WEEK!! And the highest fees I have seen anywhere! Terrible and Unacceptable...do not mess with this app - go straight from another warm wallet to your cold wallet!!

I’m sure like others, this is one of many wallets we use. I really enjoy the versatility and the experience I had with customer service.(verify bank -support).Seamless interaction, love the additional output from the GUI/chimes.

I don’t know what’s wrong I tried sending Bitcoin but it’s on pending for over 24 hours then I tried sending another btc out still pending, now I tried logging in but it says Couldn’t reach the auth server: /v2/ login what’s going on this’s really frustrating because I just received Bitcoin everything's fine but I can’t withdraw or anything else this’s a bad experience and since the past 24 hours I’ve not heard from anyone
